What glym. is

glym. is a personal relationship management app. It helps you stay in touch with the people who matter — professionally and personally — by tracking check-ins, surfacing AI-generated conversation starters, and sending gentle reminders before connections go cold.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Contact data — names, titles, companies, notes, and check-in dates for people you add. This data is yours and only visible to you.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics (e.g. which features you use) to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable info is shared externally.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To provide the app's core features (reminders, AI suggestions, pre-meeting briefs).
• To send you notification emails and weekly/daily brief summaries you've opted into.
• To improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.

AI features

glym. uses AI (via third-party models) to generate conversation sparks, pre-meeting briefs, and messaging suggestions. To do this, relevant contact details (name, notes, interests, relationship context) are sent to the AI provider for that specific request. We do not use your data to train external AI models.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• AI providers — limited contact context per request, not stored by them for training.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your contacts and personal data from our servers.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your contacts is restricted to your account only — no other glym. user can see your data.
