Accepting these terms

By creating a glym. account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using glym.

• You must be 16 or older to use glym.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may only add contact information from people you have a legitimate personal or professional relationship with — not scraped, purchased, or public-figure data intended for spam.
• Don't use glym. for anything illegal or harmful.

Your data

You own the contact data you add to glym. We don't claim any rights over it. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. By using glym. you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.

Subscriptions and billing

• The free plan is free, always. Premium unlocks additional features for a monthly or annual fee.
• New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Your card won't be charged until the trial ends.
• Founding Member pricing is locked for life — your rate never increases as long as your subscription remains active.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Referral credits are applied as subscription discounts; they have no cash value and can't be transferred.

AI-generated content

glym.'s AI features (conversation sparks, pre-meeting briefs, messaging drafts) are suggestions, not advice. We don't guarantee their accuracy or appropriateness. Use your judgment before sending anything to a real person.

Service availability

We work hard to keep glym. up and running but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid features.

Limitation of liability

glym. is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
